It is a pleasure, after thirty years of building swimming pools, to see all our clients when I am around town.

I am proud of the fact that I have built my reputation from our customers’ recommendations and by word of mouth.

My on the job experiences have helped us to develop special methods of construction that are still in use throughout the industry today. We have built many beautiful swimming pools throughout the United States and the Caribbean.

It is rewarding to say, that all these jobs were completed on schedule, surpassing all obstacles, and to date have no outstanding warranty claims.

We are so grateful to be a visible force in Southwest Florida and enjoy giving back and supporting our local charities.

I started working with Jackson Pools in 2002 straight out of drafting and design school. I had no prior experience in swimming pool construction.

The importance of team work at Jackson Pools has guided me in my educational DIVE into the pool construction industry. I have learned how Chad Jackson has put his namesake on every pool we build and we have built some of the SW Florida’s finest pools for more than two decades.

I am proud to have worked on the design of some great local swimming pools as well as projects in other countries.

Kermit Haines

In 1981 I began working in the swimming pool industry in southern California. There I specialized in faux rock installations at hotels, amusement parks, zoos and residential pools and spas. In 1987 I received my Pool Contractors license and worked primarily in Beverly Hills and other areas around Los Angeles. After the Mission Hills/San Fernando earthquake struck, and the recession of 1993 we decided to make a move.

That summer I interviewed with Chad Jackson. I was impressed by his company. As a business owner, I appreciated how Jackson Pools always took care of their customers. As a contractor, my rock work experience was an asset, there were many challenging jobs in Southwest Florida for me. I returned to California packed up my family and have been working at Jackson Pools ever since. I am proud to be part of a company that is constantly setting industry trends with innovative ideas, with new methods of construction, and with the patience and knowledge to see it all through to completion. Our commitment to excellence shows and is the rewarding part of working for Jackson Pools.

I started working for Jackson Pools when I was 22 years old. During my seventeen years of working for Chad Jackson I have moved through several positions, I started as receptionist, then service/repair administrator, construction administrator, permitting, accounts payable and receivables, accounting, human resources, sales assistant, secretary to the VP, and executive management up to my present position as office manager and working directly with Chad. I have built my life and career around Jackson Pools.

I am proud to be associated with this firm because of its honesty and respect for the customer as well as its’ employees. I simply could not see myself anywhere else.

Marion Pfeiffer

My work experience began 15 years ago in the telecommunication industry. I specialized in marketing and customer service. In 2003 I joined the Jackson Pools team. My work with Tom Fritz entails collaborating on the architectural and custom design of all pools, as well as, all the phases from permitting to project coordination.

Also, I help our customers coordinate and select all the finished material such as tile or interior finishes. I truly enjoy establishing a relationship of trust with our clients which allows me to assist them throughout the process of construction to the completion of their pool.

I began working in the swimming pool and spa industry on the Southeast Coast of Florida 22 years ago. I moved to Naples in 2004.

I am well known for my expertise when it comes to solving commercial swimming pools problems. In 2008 I started working for Jackson Pools, because of their great reputation. I bring my pride and my workmanship to Jackson Pools, as we open a brand new division for Commercial Pool Repair.

I started working in the Swimming Pools Industry over 30 years ago. I joined Jackson Pools in 1991. My responsibilities and jobs have varied through the years, from maintenance and repair to building both residential and commercial swimming pool projects.

Our company is built on integrity, honesty and reliability, which makes me proud to be part of Jackson Pools for so long.

Tom Fritz

Sales Manager

My experience in the swimming pool industry began in 1976 in Cincinnati, Ohio. I worked in the wholesale and retail end of the business, and in service. In 1985 I started designing and building custom pools, spas, and water features for residential and commercial projects throughout Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. I have been a regional officer and past President of the National Pool and Spa Institute, and in 1985-86 went to Washington D.C. for the NSPI leadership Institute Conference.

In 2002 we moved to SW Florida and I joined the Jackson Pools team. For thirty years I have enjoyed the challenge of designing commercial and residential pools especially here in SW Florida. My work has been recognized from both the NSPI and the APSP organizations for excellence in the industry. Designing waterscapes that bring the clients ideas and dreams to life is the fulfilling part of my job here at Jackson Pools.
