 Jackson Pools’ History
Chad Jackson moved to Fort Myers, Florida in 1976 to develop and improve the swimming pool industry. He then incorporated Jackson Pools in 1984, as sole owner.

His company started with three employees working from home to his business landmark location on U.S. 41 in Estero, Florida. In 1992 Chad established Almar-Jackson Pools in Jupiter on the east coast of Florida, with his childhood friend Gerry Waser.

Jackson Pools was awarded the Delano Hotel swimming pool in South Miami Beach in
1994, following that he built the Bal Harbor Sheraton, also in Miami Beach, and through
the years many other outstanding projects in the United States and the Caribbean.
